Refund & Cancellation Policy

At All Servosz Service Simplified Private Limited ("All Servosz", "we", "our", "us"), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent service experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel a service request before the assigned professional has started traveling or the service has commenced.
  • If a booking is cancelled after the service professional has already arrived at the customer's location, a visit/inspection fee may be charged.

2. Service Cancellation by All Servosz / Partners

  • In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill a booking due to partner unavailability, incorrect service details, or unforeseen circumstances, the booking may be cancelled.
  • In such cases, customers will receive a full refund (if payment was made in advance).

3. Refund Policy

  • If a customer is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
  • Refunds will not be provided for partially used services or once the service has been fully delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made after service completion.
  • No refund for dissatisfaction arising out of situations beyond our control (e.g., power cuts, lack of water supply, or unsafe work environment at the customer's location).

5. Rescheduling of Services

Customers may reschedule a service at least 2 hours prior to the booked time without any extra charge, subject to partner availability.
